Appointment Changes
24hrs notice is needed. Canceling the appointment can be done via text or call (0439 465 044). Please don't use social media formats to cancel appointments. We will do our best to reschedule to avoid a cancellation fee (applicable to talk therapy).

Expansive Consciousness Pack (QC)
We book all three sessions at once. Payment is upfront. Appointment changes can be made, with 24hrs notice. Appointments one and two need to be within one week and the third a week post the journey. If this schedule isn't feasible, we will do our best to work something out which is or recommend an alternate option.

Program investments
Expansive Programs are either paid in full or in monthly installments. A credit card/debit card details must be given for your application to be approved. If monthly payments are missed and we can't work out a solution, your program will be concluded.

Technology
As all sessions are via Zoom, a good internet connection is required (ideally as best as possible) hence why we require a phone number for those times when internet outages or disruptions. Headphones and a mic are super helpful. A space where you feel comfortable and have privacy is also advantageous.

Application / Intake Form
These are vital because they help you and me work together for the highest good. They assist in finding the best option for working with me, on multiple levels, which option is ideal for you and where you are currently at (and wanting to go), intake numbers are limited (getting on the waitlist is oh so vital), and also as mentioned contact details for when technology is being influenced by energy. I.e Being able to call you in Zoom goes down.

Can I or someone else be a surrogate?
You or someone else can take a journey on behalf of someone else. There are specifics that I ethically and morally adhere to when considering surrogacy sessions. For example; if the client is too young for a session themselves, if the client is too unwell.
